Weight Management Support Group Ages 18+
Many people need extra motivation, proper education, and coaching to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This support group is designed to be ongoing, allowing you to attend weekly support group meetings for as long as you need too to develop healthy habits and begin to reach your weight loss goals. During the eight week session there will be weekly group meetings, goal setting, exercise programming and nutritional education all in a comfortable, non-intimidating environment.
