Beyond The Bell (BTB) Staff Member

The BTB Staff Member is responsible for smooth operation of the Beyond the Bell Program. Emphasis for the BTB Staff member is on program development, implementation, and program facilitation collaborating as a team with other BTB Staff members, as well as parent relationships & communication, child behavior management, and facility maintenance & cleaning.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • During program operation hours, the BTB Staff Member is required to be in the designated area 100% of the time
  • Responsible for supervising program participants
  • Providing the structure and framework for a specific age group to participate in a variety of safe and fun activities which work to uphold the goals of YMCA camping programs.

Candidates must be able to work Monday – Friday from 2:45 – 5:30 p.m.
