Fitness Express Card
The Fitness Express Card is an unlimited adult land group exercise class card and enables the participant to take any of the classes on the above listed schedule during the session.

Fees:
Fitness Members - Included in membership
(counts as 1 of the 3 free classes fitness members receive; must register for card every session).
General Members - $55
Basic Members - $95

Tai Chi
An introduction to traditional style Yang Family long form. Participants will be shown basic structure and movement which will enable them to more efficiently use balance and energy. Excellent for anyone with joint problems, arthritis or fatigue, or if you just want to feel refreshed.

Hatha Yoga
The practice of Yoga is designed to improve flexibility, promote proper posture, teach correct breathing, develop muscular strength, and create body awareness while learning to focus the mind. Yoga can alleviate stress and improve mental concentration.

Pre-Natal Yoga
Expectant mothers won’t want to miss this course. Contents include posture modifications, restorted yoga, and meditation and breathing techniques for the pregnant mom. Taught by a certified pre-natal yoga instructor. Must have a physician’s approval before entering this class. Participants should bring a pillow.

Pilates
Work your abs and core with integral movements that strengthen the entire body. Develop functional strength that will not only enhance your waistline but aid you in performing everyday tasks. All levels of participants are welcome. New to Pilates? Try our Pilates-Beginner class.

Not Another Manic Monday Yoga (NAMM)
This class is designed to deeply relax you after “Monday mania”. Deep relaxation, poses for sleep, laughter yoga, yoga on the ball, yoga for “bad bones” and “bust the blues” asanas will be included.

Stretch & Flex
A class designed to help you increase your flexibility while you practice relaxation techniques.
