Pee Wee Science (ages 3 - 5)Come join this fun and hands on class as we make experiments and silly projects. “Young Scientists” will participate in a variety of fun and educational experiments involving light, water, the living body, and other fields of science. Dial ext. 21102
NEW! Pee Wee Sports of all Sorts (ages 3 – 5)Little athletes, come try this new class! This class is intended to introduce preschool age children to the concepts, skills and rules of sports in a loose and fun environment. Basketball, Hockey, Scooter Races, and T-ball are just a few sports your child will be able to try. Dial ext. 21102
Teen Nights (grades 6 - 8) at the Sawmill BranchThe Hamilton Area YMCA Sawmill Branch is open just for you! Come have fun with your friends while a DJ plays your favorite music. Events are fully chaperoned by qualified YMCA staff. All participants must sign in with name and phone number, and must agree to follow all posted rules. Snacks, glow sticks, and soda will be available to purchase. All events are held on the third Friday of the month from 7:00 – 9:30 p.m., please be prompt in pick up. A Hamilton Area YMCA Membership is not required for participation in this program. Dial ext. 21103

Backyard Games (ages 6 – 8)Get ready for summer by learning the rules, scoring and strategy for games such as badminton, bocce, croquet, horseshoes, and the local favorite quoits! Good weather calls for great games, so join us because it’s sure to be a ringer! Dial ext. 21102
NEW! Kidsercise (ages 6 - 8)This new and high energy class is sure to keep your child active. Children will receive a high energy and motivational workout. After stretches and warm-ups, we’ll move into a cardio workout, ending with cooperative games that encourage team work, self-confidence and discipline. Sawmill Spring Camp Out OvernightSaturday, June 26 7:00 p.m. – Sunday June 27 8:00 a.m.
With 50+ acres, a fire pit, and plenty of bbq grills, Sawmill is a perfect spot for a family camp out. Learn camping basics and check out the latest in camping gear as representatives from Eastern Mountain Sports join the fun and give you important tips for your next outing. The night will also be filled with planned games and activities for all. Hot dogs and refreshments will be provided at our cook out….and marshmallows for roasting!! Families are encouraged to bring their own snacks and drinks (alcohol is prohibited). Dial ext. 21102

Roller Disco Party at SawmillSaturday, July 24 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Grab your skates, strollers, and skateboards for Sawmill’s first annual Roller Disco Party. DJ Millz will play all your favorites to create the soundtrack for a great day. Refreshments will be available to keep you rolling. Prizes will be awarded to top roller disco dancers and best costumes! All participants must wear a helmet. Dial ext. 21102

Pep RallyFriday, April 30 • 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
It’s time to celebrate and recognize this year’s participants of the Hamilton Area YMCA’s youth sports leagues. The evening will be filled with music, snacks, memories and more. Whether you play soccer, baseball, flag football or you are a cheerleader, you are invited. Be sure to wear your uniform! Dial ext. 21102

Birthday Parties at the YMCA!The Hamilton Area YMCA offers exciting birthday parties for children of all ages! Parties are offered at the JKR Branch, Sawmill Branch and the Cranbrook Building. Please contact Rebecca Harcar at extension 121 for parties at the JKR Branch, Ryan Young at extension 21103 for parties at the Sawmill Branch or Lorraine Hendrick at extension 127 for parties at the Cranbrook building.
FANTASTIC PARTIES at the JKR & Sawmill Branch
Using our FANTASTIC PARTY package, your child’s party will include the gym or the pool (splash party only) and the party area for up to 25 people and are 2 hours long. Party invitations and a YMCA Birthday T-shirt for the Birthday child are included.

Available for gym or pool parties. Includes use of gym for the first hour and use of the party room/area for the second hour. A YMCA party member will be available during your scheduled gym time (JKR only).
XRKade Parties at the JKR Branch
The XRKade includes 8 DDR stations, 4 snow board simulation games, 4 Motorcycle racing games, Sports Simulation game, Boxing simulation games, Nintendo Wii systems and 3 kick. All parties are FANTASTIC Party Options only, which includes invitations, organized activities, an activities leader and use of the party area. All parties include up to 15 guests. All guests and participants must be at least 9 years old to enter the XRKade and must complete a 15 minute orientation prior to using the games in the XRKade (included in the party time).

PRESCHOOL THEMED PARTIES at the Cranbrook Building
(ages 1 - 5)
The Hamilton Area YMCA now offers fun, exciting birthday parties for your Preschooler. Party Package includes a decorated themed party area, balloons, face painting or tattoos and paper goods for up to 16 children. A visit from Buddy the Birthday Bear will include songs, games and a special birthday t-shirt for the birthday boy or girl. Parties are 1 ½ hours long and held in the Cranbrook Building on the JKR Campus. Contact Lorraine Hendrick at extension 127 for additional information.

Teen Party Package (age 13+)
The Sawmill Branch is the perfect place for Sweet Sixteen Parties, Graduations and other important teen milestones. This package includes the use of the gym with tables and chairs for 3 hours. Event staff will be on hand to help maintain a safe environment.
In addition the party must keep a 10 to 1 teen to adult ratio (not including event staff).
• $300.00 for 50 teens ($12.00 for each additional teen; we must have the final number 10 days before the party date)
• Parties can be held on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings.
• Party add-ons: (for this package only): DJ lights $100 per event
Membership type is based on the birthday child’s membership.
