Let’s Move Together!

Join us for a group exercise class to have our certified instructors lead you through a motivating and invigorating workout, leaving you energetic and wanting more! Group exercise is a great way to share fitness with your friends and have fun in a safe, encouraging, and effective environment for all levels!

The Hamilton YMCA offers over 100 land and water classes each week, all included with your membership!

A variety of classes are offered for all levels and special populations. Every member is encouraged to try different classes and instructors to find what’s best for you!

Class Locations

  • Heated Indoor Pool

 

  • For all classes, please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of class to ensure ample time to set-up and reserve your spot.
  • For the safety of yourself and others, members will not be permitted into a class past the first 10 minutes. 
  • All classes and instructors are subject to change.
  • Member must be at least 13 years to participate in Group Exercise Classes.

Intro to Group Ex

Are you new to Group Exercise? Do you take classes but need a refresher on technique and the terms used? Join us on Fridays at 5:00 p.m. in the SMB Studio for “Intro to Group Ex”. Classes will run at a lower intensity and will focus on teaching proper technique, learning frequently used terms and how to get the most out of your Group Exercise classes at the Hamilton Area Y!

Small Group Training

Small Group Training

Small group training is an interactive, challenging, and affordable way to meet your fitness goals. Be inspired and work with others as you progress to get you the results you want. All programs will be led by a Certified Personal Trainer and provide a systematic training program that fits the needs and abilities of all participants. Classes include:

•  HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training
•  TRX - Suspension Training
•  SYNRGY Sport
•  Active Adult/Low Impact
•  Couch to 5K Training Class

Outdoor Boot Camp

FREE WEEKLY BOOT CAMP!

The Hamilton Area YMCA is part of an initiative to keep our community healthy. We are offering free Saturday morning Boot Camp workouts led by a certified Hamilton Area YMCA instructor at the Sawmill Branch! Bring a friend and work up a sweat before hitting the beach! Non-members are welcome!
