Member Service Representative

Member Services Representatives will be expected to:

  • Greet, assist, and respond to all members in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner
  • Deliver and provide excellent service to all members and participants in the facility and on the phone
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing of all areas of facility
  • Promote and sell memberships and programs
  • Learn and use membership and program software 
  • Engage with members to help build a relationship and connect them with the YMCA
  • Provide the best member experience for all members.  
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and First Aid and CPR certified (or willing to obtain certification within 45 days of hire)
  • Weeknight and Saturday shifts are available
