The 8-WEEK BODY PROJECT is for women who want real, lasting change. Lindsay Vastola, Body Project Founder and Lifestyle Coach, will focus on 5 key factors to help you on your journey to your healthiest life.
THE 8-WEEK BODY PROJECT program includes:
• 8 weekly educational workshops
• Pre- and Post-program Fitness Assessments
• 4 Personal Training Sessions
• Your own customized 8-week Fitness Program
Workshop Dates:
Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:45 p.m.*
April 5 - May 24
*Complimentary child care is available for children 8 and under in our babysitting room! Meet Lindsay and learn more at our free information session on Thursday, March 24 from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the JKR Branch. Registration closes Monday, March 28. Program space is limited!
