At the Hamilton Area YMCA, our employees are at the heart of everything we do, and we couldn’t serve our community without them.

  • Active Hamilton Area YMCA members who refer someone who is then hired by our Y will receive $25 credit that can be used toward membership or class fees. The new employee must work a minimum of five hours per week and work at our Y for at least 90 days. After 90 days, the $25 credit will be placed on the member’s account.
  • All the referring member has to do is make sure the job applicant lists the referring member’s name on their employment application. We will be taking employee referrals from members through December 31, 2021; start referring people today!

Active members may refer multiple staff.
