The Hamilton Area YMCA is receiving $200,000 in federal funding to support the after school "Learn, Grow, Thrive Program" that helps local students recover from any academic, social or emotional loss resulting from virtual learning during the pandemic.
Congressman Chris Smith (NJ-4) recently announced the federal funding which is part of $3 million aimed at boosting health care, autism and food assistance services and to help schools expand educational programs in the Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean counties.
