THE 8-WEEK BODY PROJECT

Ladies, the Y is excited to announce our newest partnership:


Diets are temporary. Resolutions rarely make it past January. The 8-WEEK BODY PROJECT is for women who want real, lasting change. Lindsay Vastola, Body Project Founder and Lifestyle Coach, will focus on 5 key factors.

THE 8-WEEK BODY PROJECT program includes:
• 8 weekly educational workshops
• Pre- and Post-program Fitness Assessments
• 4 Personal Training Sessions
• Your own customized 8-week Fitness Program

Workshop Dates:
Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.*
January 26 - March 15 at the JKR Branch

*Complimentary child care is available for children 8 and under in our babysitting room!

Meet Lindsay and learn more! Free information session on Tuesday, January 12 from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the JKR Branch.

Registration closes Wednesday, January 20. Program space is limited!
