Your membership includes full access to our 6,100 sq. ft. Wellness Center which is equipped with all the tools you need to have fun and see results! Wellness Center equipment includes: 

  • State-of-the-art touchscreen treadmills – ipod compatible, TV and Internet accessible, interactive “smart” Preva system
  • Stairmaster Stepmills
  • Ellipticals, AMTs, Upright & Recumbent Bikes
  • Interactive Expresso Bikes
  • Free Weight Area includes Bench Press, Leg Press, Dumbbells, Smith Machines, Paramount, Cable Machines.
  • 17-Piece Hammer Strength Training Circuit
  • 8-Piece Cybex Strength Training Circuit (“Express 8”)
  • Designated Areas for Stretching and Abs

Certified personal trainers are available every day to assist you, provide orientations, or work one-on-one. A certified CPR/AED and Wellness Coach staff is on duty at all times in the Wellness Center. If any assistance is required, look for someone with a Y blue staff shirt to help!

Wellness Center Hours of Operation

    • Monday - Friday - 5:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. 
    • Saturday - 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    • Sunday - 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Facility members must be age 13 and above to utilize this area.

Personal Training

5 Hourly Sessions:  $225
10 Hourly Sessions:  $400

Sessions can be broken into 30 minute training sessions. 

All Personal Training sessions must be paid for in advance. Upon purchase and Personal Training Information Sheet submission, your Certified Personal Trainer will personally contact you to set-up an appointment at your convenience.

Teen Personal Training (ages 13 - 17)

10 Hourly Sessions:  $300

Sessions can be broken into 30 minute training sessions.

What is Small Group Training?

Small Group Training (SGT) is limited to no more than 6 people with 1 Coach.  SGT is designed to provide more individualized instruction for each member.  Your Coach will customize the workouts based on your fitness level, exercise experience and goals.  Programs are specific in duration, frequency, intensity and are meant to help you progress safely toward your fitness goals.  You will also learn proper form in order to build strength & endurance and increase mobility and flexibility safely.

Pre-Teen Strength Training (small group)

This class is for pre-teens ages 11 & 12 years old to help them gain confidence in their ability to train safely, improve their overall work capacity, and stay healthy.  Focus would be on Foundations of Strength and Core & Functional training in our wellness area.  Max 6 participants. 

8 week session - $96 each class

Strength & Conditioning (small group)

Learn how to improve your strength, agility and flexibility with dynamic exercises, plyometrics, and strength training focused on form and techniques in a small group setting. We will use a variety of equipment: body weight, weights, TRX and cardio to achieve these goals.  Max. 6 participants.

Tony Camacho 
Tony has been an ISSA, International Sports Science Association, certified personal training for over 10 years.  His specialties include bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, exercise therapy, aquatic therapy, nutrition, corrective exercise and kickboxing.  

Tony’s passion is to help people become a better version of themselves mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually through my work. He strives to help his clients achieve their goals, pushing them to the best of their ability while having fun!

Rich Carlson
Rich is a Certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and a Strength Coach and a graduate of the US Air Force Academy.  He coaches all ages, from teens to senior adults, whether they are interested in sports performance, cardio fitness, strength, weight loss, or improved mobility and balance. He says, "My greatest reward as a trainer is seeing clients achieve and exceed their goals." In addition to his work at the Hamilton Y, he is Strength and Conditioning Coach at The Wilberforce School in Princeton, NJ.

Suzanne Collins
Suzanne is a NAFC Certified Personal Trainer & an ACE Certified Group Exercise Instructor. Masters in Student Personnel Services, Guidance & Counseling, Masters in Educational Leadership & Administration.

As an “INSPIRATIONAL KILLER”  personal trainer, she assists people to obtain the drive and desire to reach their maximum physical potential. 

Suzanne specializes in Weight loss, weight training, body weight exercises, conditioning, mobility, flexibility and core strength.

Arlene Olla
Arlene is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and works with a broad range of clients of all ages and fitness levels to help them achieve optimal physical fitness. She specializes in senior citizens, and patients diagnosed with cancer, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease.  Using a focused strength, endurance and conditioning approach, Arlene collaborates with her clients to set physical and functional fitness goals, and inspires them to aim for – and achieve –  the next level of their fitness training. Arlene has spent many years as a writer and editor in the health care field, focusing primarily on the pharmaceutical industry; she has also worked as an editor on a number of projects, including a book devoted to martial arts training and technique.

Gia is a certified National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) personal trainer.  She specializes in training those with cancer, Parkinson, multiple sclerosis, cardiac rehab. Gia is also an Insanity Certified instructor. Her passion is strength training and working with her clients to prevent injuries.

Jeff Prunetti
Jeff has been an AFAA certified personal fitness trainer for over 25+ years. He works with clients of all ages, genders, and fitness levels, helping them achieve their own personal fitness goals. He also specializes in training those that are headed into the military and individuals with health challenges such as Obesity, Diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, Dementia, Cancer, and Blindness.
