Your membership includes full access to our 6,100 sq. ft. Wellness Center which is equipped with all the tools you need to have fun and see results! Wellness Center equipment includes: 

  • State-of-the-art touchscreen treadmills – ipod compatible, TV and Internet accessible, interactive “smart” Preva system
  • Stairmaster Stepmills
  • Ellipticals, AMTs, Upright & Recumbent Bikes
  • Interactive Expresso Bikes
  • Free Weight Area includes Bench Press, Leg Press, Dumbbells, Smith Machines, Paramount, Cable Machines.
  • 17-Piece STRIVE Strength Training Circuit
  • 8-Piece Cybex Strength Training Circuit (“Express 8”)
  • Designated Areas for Stretching and Abs

Certified personal trainers are available every day to assist you, provide orientations, or work one-on-one. A certified CPR/AED and Wellness Coach staff is on duty at all times in the Wellness Center. If any assistance is required, look for someone with a Y blue staff shirt to help!

Wellness Center Hours of Operation

    • Monday - Friday - 5:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. 
    • Saturday - 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Facility members must be age 12 and above to utilize this area.

Flex Package: Personal Training & Nutrition Consultation

Ensure Success!

Individual success in wellness comes from both an integrated fitness plan and a nutritional lifestyle. The Flex Package is a 10-session package where you can choose between Personal Training sessions and Nutrition Consultations based on your needs.

Personal Training Options & Fees

  • 5 Hourly Sessions:  $225
  • 10 Hourly Sessions:  $400
Sessions can be broken into 30 minute training sessions. 

To purchase a Personal Training package, please visit our Membership Services Desk. All Personal Training sessions must be paid for in advance. Upon purchase and Personal Training Request Form submission, your Certified Personal Trainer will personally contact you to set-up an appointment at your convenience.

Personal Training Policies:

  • Cloth face coverings must be worn at all times during in the facility
  • Members will undergo a temperature check and brief health questionnaire prior to entering the facility

Intro To Wellness (ages 11 - 16)


This 8-week course is designed for kids ages 11 – 16 to get in shape and to become familiar with how to use our wellness center. Participants will learn how to utilize the equipment available to them safely and effectively, while helping them excel with their wellness goals. 

When completed, 11 year olds can use the wellness center on Fridays from 4 – 8 , Saturdays from 12 – 4 and Sundays 10 – 12. Will require to show proof of completion before using the wellness center (program card or wristband) 

Benefits of intro to Wellness:
• Learn fitness fundamentals
• Learn proper dress code & etiquette/rules in wellness center • Learn safe/proper equipment use and techniques
• Start training with a wellness coach with the goal of transitioning to independence or personal training 

8 sessions • 45 minutes 

Classes: Monday 5:15 – 6:00 p.m. or Wednesday 6:00 – 6:45 p.m.

Personal Training for Athletes (ages 12+)

This program would be designed give student athletes the foundational training for their sport. The individual will gain confidence in their ability to train safely, improve their overall work capacity, and stay healthy during periods of inactivity. Focus would be on Metabolic conditioning, Foundations of strength and Core & Functional training. Days and times will be scheduled with your trainer.

Personal Exercise Program for those with Chronic Illness (ages 16+)

Description: This program is designed for those with chronic illness such as Cancer, MS, Parkinson, Arthritis, etc. Our certified trainers will design a workout based on each individual’s needs. This 10 program session, days and times will be scheduled with your trainer.
