Designed to promote physical activity through games, movement, and simple exercises, this class helps participants build strength, coordination, and confidence in a positive, upbeat environment.
This program is designed to teach the basics and fundamentals of soccer and basketball. Children will learn dribbling, passing and shooting by doing drills and playing games for both soccer and basketball. Rules, offense and defense will also be introduced.
Pass! Kick! Score! This program is designed for kids to learn the fundamentals of soccer combining team play and individual skills. Children must be potty trained.
