Fitness & Wellness

Youth Personal Fitness (ages 12 - 16)

This 8-week course is designed for kids ages 12 – 16 to get in shape and to learn how to use our wellness center. Our youth members will learn how to utilize the equipment available to them safely and effectively, while helping them excel with their wellness goals.

Personal Training for Athletes (ages 12+)

This program would be designed give student athletes the foundational training for their sport. The individual will gain confidence in their ability to train safely, improve their overall work capacity, and stay healthy during periods of inactivity. Focus would be on Metabolic conditioning, Foundations of strength and Core & Functional training. Days and times will be scheduled with your trainer.
